This manual makes this important life task of planning both manageable and doable by any of us; by breaking it down into smaller pieces, providing guidance, and supplying you the forms (with explanations) to submit to the VA. The book is not limited to VA-only elements, it has many suggestions of things to do surrounding this entire life moment.
The book is written by The American Legion member Ken Johnson of Dexter Allen Post 90 in Statesboro, Georgia. In addition to the many hours he dedicates to his fellow veterans as Service Officer in Post 90, Ken has generously donated this condensed version of his book to be made available to any veteran via The American Legion.
If you would prefer even more detail and information, Ken has published an inexpensive, expanded version of his book as a paperback and an Amazon Kindle Book. You can find them on Amazon.com. Click here to view and purchase your Expanded End-of-Life Planning Guide.
